About the project
The aim of the Goethe Institute was to support and showcase selected young entrepreneurs in the creative industries, such as media, performance, art or music.
We developed a 3-month online programme focused on business development related to business modelling, identifying customers and generating sales. In addition, we facilitated peer-learning sessions to create a community where programme participants could learn from one another and share what’s been working for them. Using a blended learning approach, online and on-site sessions were arranged to continue growing, despite COVID-limitations. 14 creative businesses and their teams participated on the programme and received an additional 3-months of technical training by various facilitators to ensure a well-rounded programme and the necessary skills to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
